With a prize pool of a whopping USD$1 million, the top 4 teams will also be walking away with a total of 15,000 DPC points—highly-coveted scores that will culminate in qualification for TI10.

Format
Group Stage (Nov 16 – Nov 17):
- Sixteen teams are split into four groups of four teams, playing in a GSL format.
- Top two teams advance to the upper bracket of the playoffs.
- Bottom two teams advance to the lower bracket of the playoffs.
- All games are Bo3.
Playoffs (Nov 18 – Nov 24):
- Double-elimination format.
- Lower Bracket Round 1 is Bo1.
- All other games except the Grand Finals and Lower Bracket Round 1 are Bo3.
- Grand Finals is Bo5.
