From the glittering heights of Corpo Plaza to the seedy underbelly of Pacifica, Night City is a neon-drenched behemoth that heaves with flesh and metal. Steeped in hopes, dreams, and chrome-tinted ambition, the sprawling metropolis is home to a colorful cast of unlikely heroes \u2014 heroes we want to celebrate with the Secretlab SKINS Cyberpunk: Edgerunners Collection<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We love the tiny details that make up the intricate world of Cyberpunk 2077. The Secretlab TITAN Evo Cyberpunk 2077 Edition<\/a> chair and Secretlab SKINS Cyberpunk 2077 Edition<\/a> were tributes to this future of high technology, drawing inspiration from the cybernetic augments that have become part of the fabric of life in Night City.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But we knew we wanted to do something different with the Secretlab SKINS Cyberpunk: Edgerunners Collection<\/strong>. Created by Studio Trigger, Lucy and Rebecca have become overnight fan favorites \u2014 beloved for their unforgettable character design, unique personalities, and compelling backstories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWe worked in really close cooperation with Secretlab. Secretlab was responsible for the design of their product. My role was to suggest how to spice it up and catch the spirit of Lucy and Rebecca,\u201d says Przemys\u0142aw Juszczyk, Head of Franchise Art at CD PROJEKT RED. \u201cThe team was always open to discussion, and had this genuine will to collaborate. They were a great and true partner to design the Cyberpunk: Edgerunners Secretlab SKINS with.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Lucy’s design is all about that cool and mysterious vibe, just like her personality,\u201d adds Studio Trigger. \u201cMeanwhile, Rebecca’s screams playful and fun! Whether you’re leaning back to moon-gaze or leaning in for some epic gaming, these SKINS have got you covered.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Secretlab SKINS Cyberpunk: Edgerunners Lucy Edition<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enigmatic and aloof, Lucy has a magnetic presence that instantly draws viewers to her. \u201cWe wanted to capture her onscreen presence and the essence of her character in our design,\u201d says Irene Tee, Senior Product Graphic Designer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThe Secretlab SKINS Cyberpunk: Edgerunners Lucy Edition<\/strong> mirrors the design of her black netrunner unitard, white jacket, and rainbow gradient hair. No detail was overlooked \u2014 it was incredibly important to us that we remained faithful to Studio Trigger\u2019s vision.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But the heart of the design lies at the back \u2014 an otherworldly vista that is a callback to one of the most iconic scenes in Edgerunners, where David and Lucy share a braindance of the moon. Even the spaceship, which made an appearance in one of the final scenes in the anime, is replicated on the design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cFor Lucy, I specifically asked for one detail: The little spaceship<\/strong>,\u201d says Przemek. \u201cInitially it was just two circles symbolizing the Moon and the Earth, but I felt like adding this little detail changes the meaning of the design, as it directly calls back to the final Edgerunners scene that we remember so well. We even asked Studio Trigger about how the spaceship was designed for the anime, to make sure the final design was totally true to their vision.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To symbolize Lucy\u2019s connection with David, the Edgerunners logo \u2014 the same one on the back of David\u2019s jacket \u2014 is emblazoned across the back, the stylized letters \u201cE\u201d and \u201cR\u201d divided by a stark line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Secretlab SKINS Cyberpunk: Edgerunners Rebecca Edition<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For those who prefer a more generous helping of carnage, we created the Secretlab SKINS Cyberpunk: Edgerunners Rebecca Edition<\/strong>, a homage to the green-haired mercenary. \u201cRebecca has always been something of a loose cannon,\u201d says Irene. \u201cOur design draws on her mercurial nature and distinctive appearance, with a pastel green knit inspired by her hair and pink motifs for her tattoos.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"\"<\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Her eyes, a frenzied mix of red pupils and green irises, are reflected in the accent piping framing the chair \u2014 a subtle detail that only fans will notice. Her signature dual-wield weapons are embroidered on the rear, including her shotgun Guts. A modified Budget Arms Carnage in Cyberpunk 2077, Guts is the pure embodiment of the havoc Rebecca leaves in her wake. It\u2019s just a little unpredictable, much like its owner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cWith Rebecca, we intended to really show off her character, and that\u2019s why it\u2019s more extravagant, flashy, and colorful,\u201d added Przemek. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHer tattoos are a reminder of her, and in the back there are two huge guns. I asked for the guns to be presented so they\u2019re actually firing <\/strong>\u2014 this brings much more action to the whole design. And again, they are not nameless, dead objects, they actually are alive \u2014 the fact they\u2019re firing really communicated this specific energy that Rebecca is well known for.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
