One of the biggest culprits is perspiration, which is naturally acidic. They differ mainly in terms of the surface layer that is applied to the base material, ultimately resulting in very different end products and suitability for different uses.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you\u2019re looking for the most realistic approximation of genuine animal hide, both in terms of appearance and surface feel, then PU leather is the only way to go.
